The cabinet quality is ok. Held together with 2 dowel-pins and 2 screws that connect to pocket-cams at the end of each panel. The overall feel is somewhat solid, but if you move the unit too much it feels as if it may break/fall apart. The sink is pretty shallow, but is ok. The faucet it came with was VERY cheap (only a feed for one water line). Ended up using a separate higher quality faucet so I could have both hot and cold water. This Presenza Laundry Sink is perfect for what I need without spending thousands on a decent quality sink to replace a cheap plastic one I had for way too long. I have been waiting a while to find a sink that would fit into my space and also wide and deep enough for my dog to fit into. The cabinet came unassembled but my husband said it was pretty easy to put together and we were both impressed it had soft close doors! We had a plumber install the sink, so I cannot comment if it is difficult as a DYI; however, our plumber was very pleased how everything fit nicely into place. The faucet is impressive, but it's new!
