The only thing I would say is there is a delivery service to sign for it and they were not willing to work with me on scheduling a delivery day that worked for me. This is a great daybedsitting couch. It arrived packaged well. Very little assembly is required. Attaching the legs is the only thing needed. All the tools needed are included. I have always wanted a classic daybed but really never had the room for one. After purchasing a new home I finally had the room and a great space in front of large sliding glass doors. I wanted black leather and Crome but I have a cat and the idea of having leathewr with his razor like claws was not going to happen. so when I saw the El Dorado I knew I had to have it. The day it was delivered went well and I had errands to complete after it was delivered. Spectacular daybed! I bought this daybed to go at the foot of my bed like a massive bench. It did not disappoint! Assembled was straight forward. Just attach the legs if want it to sit up about an inch higher. Then slide the armrests in the corresponding metal grooves on both sides and you're done! We ordered this day bed and we love it. We have dogs that like to get on our sofa and this one is a much better option. It is lower to the ground so keep that in mind if you’re buying it instead of a sofa. I also noticed many people in the reviews saying that the pillows provided won’t fit in the covers. I opened the pillow stuffing folded it in half and put it in the pillow covers and they seem to work perfectly (see picture of small gray pillows). I do think that the daybed needs more pillows so I added some green ones for a pop-up color that matches the other patio decor. I really love this, it’s perfect for our needs. I would’ve given them a five star instead of four but I agree with other reviews that it is difficult because some of the fasteners don’t lineup with the pre-imbedded fasteners.
