Sturdy but there seems to be millions of parts, screws and nuts with not great instructions. I put together but myself but would of been easier with 2 people. Quality looks good but will need to use zip ties eventually to replace the ties for the roof. Very disappointed that it went on sale right after I purchased and Wayfair does not refund difference.. The lock has two latches that control the direction of the door opening and prevent the dog from escaping. And the small hole under the lock can be padlocked to prevent others from entering the kennel and protect the dog. **Good Value, but Be Prepared for the Wire Mesh** Overall, for the price, this kennel is a good value. The frame is sturdy 4 stars out of 5, the fencing gets 2 stars out of 5 and assembly itself wasn’t too bad. It looks good and should serve its purpose well. A few things to consider: the gate was smaller than I expected, and the top frame bar runs across the entire length of the kennel, leaving an opening under 4 feet in height. At 6’1”, I have to duck every time I enter to change the water or retrieve a toy. That one’s on me for not paying closer attention to the dimensions. My biggest complaint is the wire mesh. During unpacking, the top and bottom wire came unhooked in several places and became tangled. Fixing it required detaching sections and literally reweaving the wire back together. What should have been a straightforward assembly turned into several extra hours of work. After that experience, I feel qualified to start my own fencing company. On the plus side, the kit included gloves, open-end wrench, and drill driver attachment for the self tapping screws were thoughtful additions. **Bottom line:** It looks good and is a decent kennel for the money, but be prepared for some frustration with the wire mesh, and double-check the gate dimensions before purchasing. Built with thicken rust-resistant metal tubes and secure locking doors, it effectively prevents pets from escaping while shielding dogs from outside disturbances. Reinforced anchoring and additional waterproof covers are ideal for long-term outdoor service.

I can’t rate it for outside, as I am using it for a large indoor kennel for my two small dogs. One of them is an escape artist and I am happy to say with the height and cover he can’t climb up and out. It was easy tool free assembly and is nice and solid. Personally, I’d rather not have the extra little door at the bottom as I don’t use it and think the door might be a bit more solid without it.. Edythe. US. Sat Sep 06 2025

My toolshed has space underneath where my dog can crawl under. These animal barrier fence pieces did the job...he can't dig through them. Also, waited until after it rained to put them in the ground...much easier that way. Also tacked top with a screw to keep them from bending over. I really like this dog run! It gives my dog plenty of space to move around, play, and enjoy being outside while still staying safely contained. The size is great, and it feels sturdy enough for everyday use. It was fairly easy to set up, and I like that I can add a bed, toys, water bowl, or even a turf rug inside. It has been especially helpful with a puppy because he can spend time outside without me worrying about him wandering off. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality, space, and convenience. I would definitely recommend it!. Anonymous. Fri Sep 25 2026

This is an upgraded outdoor large dog crate. It is made of 1.26 inches galvanized steel pipe and 2.4 mm thickened wire mesh, sturdy and rust-resistant, with perforated ground stake that can be inserted into smooth outdoor surfaces and soft grass to secure the dog crate, which is more durable than other ordinary dog crates on the market. The top is covered with a full-coverage double-sided (black and silver) Oxford cloth cover to protect it from rain and snow, and you can also change the color of the canopy to your liking. The upgraded double door lock design and thickened wire mesh can resist the intrusion of other animals to ensure the safety of your pet. The large size of 118 inches L x 118 inches W x 83 inches H provides plenty of space for your pet to move around, you can not only keep your dog in the dog enclosure, but also rabbits, ducks, chickens, geese and other animals, giving your pet an outdoor paradise.

Very sturdy, we put it on pavers and it’s a great kennel for our dog when we’re not home. We live in the mountains and she wouldn’t be safe running around the yard unsupervised…. This has proven to be a terrific solution for us. Her dog house easily fits inside.. Debbie. San Jose, CA. Sat Aug 29 2026
