Note: there is a specific way to insert the coffee filter into the Keurig machine — with the pink/purple line facing left (at the 9 o'clock position). This is important, as the box arrives without any instructions. Also, it is difficult to open and close the hinged lid, as there is no lip or notch on it to lift up. This is a nice sturdy coffee maker without too many features that either confuse me or malfunction soon after purchase. I also like the sleek design and it fits well on my small coffee bar.
