The set is suitable for any room style, from farmhouse to French country, Scandinavian to lodge, and coastal. The mugs are made of durable, smooth stoneware and have a glazed finish for a shine. The set measures 4 inches in diameter and 3.5 inches in height, making it a versatile and cute accessory that enhances the drinking experience and ambiance. Contrary to description on Wayfair website the cups say “DO NOT MICROWAVE” on their bottoms! The description says “Lead Free” … but there’s a California Proposition 65 WARNING attached at the bottom of the page, which could indicate/mean that the glaze or paint used in the mug decorations contain lead !! These mugs are made in China, where it is apparently more common, and allowed to find lead in the ceramic cups and/or glazes or paint used in decorations (like these cups have on the outside). The glazes (containing lead) used in China apparently ‘react’ to acidic liquids… LIKE COFFEE AND TEA … which is what I bought them for!. Robin. Wed Aug 06 2025

The ceramic stoneware is hand-painted with designs inspired by the resist-dyeing technique

The Wildflowers Ceramic Mug Set of 4 is designed for moments when you want your cup to feel as comforting as what is inside it. Each mug is wrapped in its own field of blossoms and branches, some painted over rich charcoal and others over hazy greens and mauves, so every glance reveals new details—an unexpected seed head, a curved leaf, a bloom that seems to catch the light. The watercolor styling keeps the artwork soft and fluid, more like a wash of color than a rigid print, giving the mugs a relaxed, lived-in elegance. Because the four designs share a gentle, coordinated palette, they play well together whether lined up on a shelf or scattered across a breakfast table. The shapes are practical and inviting: tall enough for a generous pour, wide enough for comfortable sipping and fitted with handles that are easy to wrap your fingers around.

All the mugs arrived in perfect condition. They are very pretty. The mugs are larger than I thought they would be.. Anita. US. Fri Mar 13 2026
