Lovely piece of furniture, it won't take its fluffed shape until a week after you open it. The color and fabric and very nice and the installation is easy. The couch is a little on the firm side, but I hope this will make it last longer and it doesn't sag. I only wish the corner pillows were the same size, as one of them is smaller and looks odd. The picture is 4 days after I received it, and the pillows weren't yet fully fluffed. Overall, it is a good deal.. Pauline. Bethlehem, PA. Sat Oct 10 2026

Overall the couch is nice. Actually a little bigger than I had though, in a good way. The instructions were very easy. I am not big on putting furniture together AT ALL and I was able to do it alone. The only thing I don’t like is the couch is not very steady. The arm rest feel very sensitive. Like don’t lean on them. But I only put them together today so it’s only day 1. So we shall see. We’ve carefully considered the soft fabric that meets your skin, the initial cushioning feel when you sit down, the balanced support that absorbs your body weight, and finally, the enveloping embrace that completes the experience.

No where does the description say this is a boneless sofa. I specifically did NOT want a boneless sofa. The upholstery is not velvet which is what was listed in the description. It's a scratchy nubby material and it is not the color shown. The pillows didn't inflate at all and the bottom and back cushions are uneven. There is nothing "cloud" about it. I did not receive a sofa that looks remotely like the one pictured. I feel duped and will be returning. I expected better from Wayfair.. Julie. Fort Wayne, IN. Wed Sep 02 2026
