Took a bit to figure out the back needs to flip up as part of the “assembly”. Very firm cushions. Both the top and the bottom cushions are sown together and cannot be reversed. There is a piece that flips up in the back to make the backrest, which was not obvious from the instructions. Only assembly required is to add the feet, flip the back up, remove the plastic off the mattress and place the cushions. The bottom cushions are sewn together, and cannot be flipped. Bought this for my RV. Easy to assemble but you really need two! A tad firm but comfortable. I’m 5’4”, 139 lbs. and it’s the perfect size for me to sleep on.
