This toilet needs to be flushed twice every time. We bought tow of these and had them installed by a plumber. Talked to Kohler and also had them checked a year later by a different plumber and still the same issue. The design of the water inlet to the bowl does not cause a circular motion to form but rather just a roiling which prevents everything from being flushed on the first time. This toilet came with the tank broken in transport. I still gave 5 stars because Wayfair sent another one right away. I was disappointed that they had to send another 2 piece unit and I have to throw away the base that was not damaged.
