Overall pretty simple to put together…. Took me about 1.5 hours, but I put the towel bar and wheels on after the legs since my kitchen is tight on space and wasn’t sure they would work. Smaller hands make assembly a bit easier since some of the connections are in not easily assessable areas. The long and medium bolts are the same length! The Allyn wrench provided is too long, so used a smaller one I had that worked better for me. Also there were a couple of small nicks (minor) on the black wood, but decided to keep it since it’s a hassle to return. Overall pretty happy with the cart.. Lorette. Arvada, CO. Sat May 16 2026

I love this kitchen island and the color. It fits perfectly in my small space and gives me the extra storage space I need! I love that the counter top gives me the option to fold it up or down to use as a table and that its on wheels so I can move the island if I need extra space. My only dislike is the backside has a hole cutout and doesnt come with an option to cover it but my kitchen chairs hide it when set up and the assembly was a nightmare. There were sooo many pieces. I put it together after work and it took 3 evenings to complete.. Alicia. US. Sat Oct 03 2026

This island is very nice, and good quality. Don't be alarmed by the amount of pieces and parts you receive, because the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Our island is positioned in the middle of the room so the cord for the charging piece is in the way, but easy to hide. I also feel these pieces that hold the back of the panel should be the color of the cabinet (black) and not white as they are very noticeable. I plan on painting them black. I recently got this kitchen island, and I’ve got to say, it’s been a great addition to my space. Putting it together definitely takes two people—it’s pretty heavy—but once it’s assembled, you can tell it’s built to last. Everything lined up nicely, and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The butcher block–style top is my favorite part. It gives the island a nice, classic look and feels super solid when I’m chopping or prepping food. It’s got that real wood feel that makes the whole piece look more high-end than it actually costs. Even though it’s sturdy, the wheels make it easy to move around when I need to clean or shift things around. Once it’s in place, the locks on the wheels hold it steady so it doesn’t budge. Overall, it’s a really nice mix of function and style. It adds a good amount of counter and storage space, looks great in the kitchen, and feels like it’ll last for years.
