The Fedex delivery came on time and in 3 boxes, all of which were extremely well packaged and protected by packing materials. All the pieces were in great condition which no cracks, dents or damage of any kind. My husband encountered a few problems in assembly but was able to fix the problems with home-made ingenuity. It feels substantial and sturdy, and the shelving underneath gives us tons of extra storage. Assembly took about 2 hours with two people, but the instructions were straightforward and the finished product was definitely worth the time. It is not real wood, so I would be careful with the surface—I wouldn’t place hot pans directly on it or set drinks down without a coaster. That said, it looks and feels like a much more expensive piece of furniture once assembled. We are using ours as a homeschool craft and project table, and it is PERFECT for that!
