My package was delivered outside the building. It should be delivered in front of my apartment door. The building door entrance wasn't locked, it is always unlocked so packages can be delivered inside. More over, while delivering packages outside a building, they can be stolen. To finish with, my apartment is upstairs and I wasn't home when it was delivered so, when I found out the details of the delivery, I have to call a friend to ask for help in order to put my package inside the building and upstairs in front of my door.
