We chose the refund as the holes were coverable and minimal. We were afraid if we chose exchange, it come even more damaged, as others’s reviews had mentioned. I absolutely love this bed! It’s beautiful, modern, and looks even better in person. Once assembled, it’s incredibly sturdy and feels like a high-quality piece of furniture.
