I love this couch. I thought I'd only usa it pulled out for guests to sleep on it but turns out I leave it pulled out all the time and it's just so comfortable for me to relax on, watch TV or work on my laptop. To spend a night sleeping on it feels a little harsher on your body, but I got a layer of foam I lay on top to add extra comfort to my guests when they stay the night. The storage is great and it was easy to assemble. I had issues with my delivery and it was a three day saga but once I had it in hands I was very happy with it. I bought this primarily as a reading nook lounger. It weighs 50 lbs and I wasnt home when it was left leaning on its end on my porch. Im a 60 yo woman and managed this solo. It took some work to shimmy this into the house but the room it went into is near the front door. If you have steps you will absolutely need 2 people. The box is big and awkward and difficult to get a good grip. Once in the room, I leaned it against the wall with the bottom facing me. So when you open the box the underneath is showing. Locate the little box with the legs, cut away the protective plastic, screw in the legs and then voila lower it down. The legs have felt stick ons and easy to slide from there if you have hard floors. It does have some unsightly metal brackets attached on both sides so I covered it with a cute throw. Plus I bought the cream color and it could get dirty fast. Hard to say how long the cushion will remain supportive. But overall I feel it was a decent purchase for the price point.. Lisa. I love the color of this couch. It’s what I was thinking. Assembly was pretty easy. It came in three huge boxes that were pretty heavy. It was mostly just putting the feet on them. I was doing it by myself and found it was easier to connect the pieces together with someone else as they are very heavy. As far as comfort, the couch could use some work in that department. It’s very stiff. We’ve only had it a few days so it might just need to be broken in. But as of right now it’s pretty hard to sit on. The lay down feature is very nice and great to watch movie and spread out. My husband is 5’10 and he’s too tall for it. I’m 5’5 and it’s just about the right height for me. When the portion is not out, it’s not super comfy to just sit and watch tv. I think it’s good for the price point and because it’s just the two of us. This would not work for a large family. Very pleased. If I had to change anything it would be higher up off the floor, too low for me, I'm tall. I did raise it up by about 2", bought 4" legs and raised the 2 coasters (On pull out) with blocks of wood painted black. Another change I'd make are the back cushions, I'd make the 3 reversable ,without the black fabric and velcro. Other than those 2 tweaks I like the couch. It did come in 2 boxes, on 2 different days. Packaging was Chinese cardboard (very thin) and there were areas that were torn open exposing the couch fabric which was in a thin bag of plastic. Luckily no damage to the couch! Packaging could be a bit more beefy since it's Fedex Ground and one person...dragging it to door, no handtruck!!! One package 101 lb's and other 87 lb's. I have had this couch for a little over two years now. The couch is firm enough. The storage space is a plus as I am able to fit most of my holiday decorations and miscellaneous stuff in the space. It fits about 3-4 people when I have family and friends over. But if you are taller then 6feet, your legs do dangle over the vertical part of the couch and sometimes the pull out part of the couch can come loose.
