I bought the end pieces + the middle piece with ottoman because a 6 piece sectional was too big for my living room. I find it very comfortable, though the back cushions might be sagging/shifting already. It has a really pretty texture but it might not be for everyone. I am giving it 4 stars because it CAME WITH THE WRONG PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS! I assembled it by trial and error. A few days later the end pieces with the correct instructions came in and then I realized that the model is 503, NOT A503. This couch overall is decent but definitely not my favorite. The chenille fabric feels soft, the off white color is nice, and it was simple to put together. When first getting I let the cushions expand on their own but ended up opening the zipper and doing the pillows and backrest cushions by hand as they didn't fluff out fully on their own. The couch overall is very firm and I could see the back cushions shape not holding up over time. The seat cushions are deep making it ideal for lounging and the backrest and height of the couch is low so not super ideal for support when you want to sit and talk to others. One of the seat bases came warped which cause some issues when putting together but we were able to make it work because we didn't want to deal with a return process. The color, size and material of this sectional are great. The one cushion did come with a tear in it however the seller responded to my report quickly and sent out a replacement. I will say that putting it together was a little difficult. There is a lip on all the pieces next to the brackets that make it hard to line up and slide in. We found that if you put the piece on its side it slid together easier. It is also very comfortable. The couch is big.The fabric is nice and comfortable and it looks nice overall. My biggest qualms are that the ottomans cannot connect and slip around.
