It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. I am 5 ft and slightly overweight any wider I would not fit! Easy to put together. It only recliner one way no adjusting. I did A LOT of research before buying this chair, and I am happy with my purchase. It came in 1 decently packed box. The assembly took 5 minutes, and we are very happy with it so far! It is not a huge, oversized chair - but that's great because we needed something that would pair nicely with our existing living room furniture without swallowing up the room. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline. I liked the chair very much. It’s nice looking and very comfortable. I only have one problem with it, it’s very hard to put down the leg rest. I’m 75 years old and once I put the leg rest up I couldn’t get it back down. My son had to come over and put it down. This is my second Astor Lazy Boy Recliner. Very comfortable for larger 6,0 plus folks. The reclining mechanism can be a bit noisy and even drop you down unexpectedly, but you get used to it.
