It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. quality I have many issues with the recliners I purchased. I liked them at first, but after using them for a time, I feel very differently. My husband and I are 73 years old. These are manual recliners, that require STRONG PUSHING to get them to recline. Often, I am unable to do it, which ruins the purpose of a recliner. Also, once it is reclined, it will not stay all the way back. It keeps partially creeping to a sitting position again. I wish, at my age, that I had the opportunity to sit in more recliners before I purchased these. They are very unsatisfactory for our daily life.
