Roof rafters had some tweaking to get right. Overall really good product! Looks great! Roof packaging took a little bend at bottom corner but we were able to hide them. I’m not sure we could be happier with our gazebo. After spending time budgeting and planning a build-from-scratch project, this became clear to us that it was more affordable and frankly better looking. We love the size of the posts and the look of the metal roof. We are looking to add lights and fan(s) in the near future. Ours is a 15x13. We would consider ourselves very handy with tools and construction. It took four of us (two in our twenties and two in our forties) a three day weekend to put this together. The hardest part was the height of the roof and the reach needed to attach some screws. None of the work is challenging. It just requires some basic construction skills and teamwork (patience).. Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! I was looking for a gazebo to add to my backyard and came across this one. This has a privacy screen and a netted screen. I love how it also has hooks in the middle to hang lights or a fan. If you are handy and have help. I recommend this gazebo. It took me and my son 3 days to build, not had directions. Update After a snow and ice storm in December 2025 the roof caved in. My husband put the frame together by himself in a few hours. Took some time to put up the curtains and netting because of the number of hooks. Our only concern was that the plastic hooks might not last. We will swap them out for metal ones.. Althea. It’s a great cover for our 10 x 12 gazebo. I like the extra length so it’s not such a tight fit as my previous cover. We use our gazebo in the winter with our fire table and we open the window and door a bit to let the gas out and air in.
