The bed is really pretty, sturdy, solid wood, but it’s a few things that prevent me from giving 5 stars. No instructions, took some time to find them online. The headfootboardsside rails don’t perfectly line up, which bothers the perfectionist in me. Not enough screws included to screw in both sides of each slat, had to do every other. Overall, this bedframe has been worth every penny. I purchased this bed frame on Black Friday two years ago and this thing still feels brand new. My two dogs and kids jump all over the bed and wrestle daily on it. This frame holds up due to the metal supports underneath, not just wooden slabs holding up the mattress like other bed frames. Also, there are buttons on the headboard to toggle onoff the led lights (view photo). I saw another reviewer saying they didn’t exist but they absolutely do. My only complaint is the red material scratches pretty easily. You can see that in the side-table photo. Otherwise, it’s a very sturdy and easy-to-build bed frame. I'm very happy with the metal bed frame. Comfortable and sturdy. I have limited storage, so appreciate that I can store things underneath the frame (air conditioner during winter, winter clothes during summer, etc.). I attached the frame to a metal headboard, and it looks like the two go together. It is a beautiful solid piece of furniture. It will last a long time. I paid to have it assembled, and one person did the job. It takes about 12 weeks to get delivered. I waited until it went on sale during Way Day and then signed up to receive marketing emails from Wayfair to get an additional 10 percent off. I was able to purchase it for a little more than $8,300.
