I ordered two chests. I liked that it is solid wood, a soft wood, but nonetheless WOOD. Assembly took a bit of time on the first one which made the assembly of the second one easier. One was perfectly fine with all the parts intact. The second one had some drawer section that were cracked. I fixed them with Gorilla glue as they don't show and are in the interior of the chest. This is a nice dresser, it came well packaged and no damage to the parts. There are ALOT of parts, it took me a few hours to build by myself but the instructions were fine and easy to follow. May be shorter if done with two people. But it is very time consuming. I removed a star because the color was not what I expected. The product page made it look like a bright emerald green which I thought was beautiful and different. The green color I received is more of a matte forest green instead. But it is still pretty, just not what I expected so keep that in mind if you’re on the fence about the color before ordering. Also the drawers are not as deep as it looks. I wish the inside parts were taller to match the size of the outside front of the drawer. We were looking for something with more of a vertical footprint to make space in our bedroom and this was just right, size-wise. It looks great too, and it's nice to have real wood. Assembly took quite a bit of time, especially since there weren't predrilled holes for a lot of the screws, but it all came together. As others noted, it's good to be aware that the back panel is unfinished, so this dresser must be set up against a wall (which is necessary for safety anyway, with a secure fastener included).
