It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It is not a huge, oversized chair - but that's great because we needed something that would pair nicely with our existing living room furniture without swallowing up the room. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline. This recliner is a medium size which is what we wanted. It has a lever on the side to operate the recliner. This was not mentioned in the instruction manual.
