This chair looks great in our space and is very comfortable to sit in. It's a bit smaller than we expected, but that's our fault for not properly assessing the dimensions online. Assembly was easy, although beware there may not be pilot holes for the screws in the bottom of the chair (the wood frame does have pilot holes). A big thanks to Wayfair and the manufacturer helping with that. If you don't have pilot holes, you can still screw into the chair, using the holes in the frame as the guide. The chair and ottoman are and look very nice. It only took 3 days for delivery, which was nice. It was fairly easy to put together, took about 30-40 minutes. The color is more almond/cream in color than the advertised ivory. The chair sits much lower to the floor than I thought it would. Much lower than our previous recliner chair - so be aware. When I purchased this chair and ottoman it was on sale, a very good price for this product. After receiving the chair and ottoman, I now wish I had purchased two. I was super excited to get this recliner but quite disappointed when it arrived. First, when I ordered it I could sworn it said detachable cushion ms, but only the seat cushion is detachable, the back cushion is attached. Second, one of the legs was very loose and even after tightening it it still sits crooked and I’m worried it will just give out. And lastly, when I was skirting the chair over a couple inches the whole frame felt very loose and jiggly. I think for the price it should not have had any of these issues. While it is beautiful and the sewing seems to be done very well, I’m not convinced that the foundation is solid and definitely not the legs. Wayfair did send a replacement but shockingly one of the front legs was bent beyond repair on the replacement chair too! As well as the fabric near the leg is torn. I would suggest to the manufacturer that they ship with the legs OFF like many other products do. VERY disappointed that TWO chairs have arrived damaged beyond repair.. Marcia. Milwaukie, OR.
