It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline. I liked the chair very much. It’s nice looking and very comfortable. I only have one problem with it, it’s very hard to put down the leg rest. I’m 75 years old and once I put the leg rest up I couldn’t get it back down. My son had to come over and put it down.
