Worked well for our studio vacation rental, where people occasionally don't read the description and don't realize it only offers one queen bed until they walk in! This will fold away into the closet under the stairway when not in use. All the tools needed to assemble the bed are included in the package upon delivery. The absolutely adorable little hammer wasn't needed, but I have it in my toolbox! We had to flip the footboard to where we were putting the headboard to make the holes match - so before you panic, try that! This rollaway bed is sturdy, mattress quality is good for a rollaway and metal frame is as described. But beware, do not order this bed if the delivery time matters to you. We ordered the bed May 16 because of the estimated delivery date of May 20th (see photo). It was shipped May 18th and then Fed Ex took forever to deliver this bed, it spent days sitting without moving, it was shipped from Delta BC across to Winnipeg MB, then back again to SK. Fed Ex sent false emails of delivery by the end of the day on May 30. In the end it never arrived until June 1st. It would be more honest to state that it will take Fed Ex OVER two weeks to deliver this bed. Did a lot of research on daybeds, and this one checked off a lot of what I needed. This one can hold a good amount of weight vs. others, plus it takes 8in matress vs. 5 or 6. It also pops all the way up so it can be used as a split king. I scanned lots of reviews on others looking for one that I could use a 10in matress since adults would be using at times. I took a chance off others reviews and went with a 10in mattress, and it paid off. This bed works great with the 10in mattresses. I have just enough clearance, and the bed pulls out easily. We dont have carpet, so I dont know how that would play a role with pull out. Have not used as a split king yet but did by a bridge and velcro straps to secure the beds together just in case. Could see the weld marks but feels sturdy and comfortable and was easy to set up. Would have loved if it had the auto pop up but can be set up by one with just a little work.. Anonymous. Indiana.
