It also features a powder-coated finish that stands up to daily use.

The bronze color is a rich matte finish brown. I am 64 yo and was able to build it by myself. It did take a while (NOT 1.5 hours for me) and as another reviewer said, pushing all those plastic pieces in was rough on the hands ! It does seem very sturdy though. Well built, not flimsy at all. Don't tighten anything at all until everything is together - leave it really loose. Had to go back and loosen at first for more flexibility in connecting. 8" mattresses coming tomorrow - $99 deal each so the whole thing will be less than $500 for my grandchildren when they visit so they no longer have to bring sleeping bags or camp out on the floor ! I'd show you after the bedding is on but I'll prob forget so here it is....for now. Wendy. Ocean, NJ. Thu Oct 15 2026

This daybed comes with a trundle bed to save space. Moreover, It can not only be used as a bed to provide a sleeping area, but also as a sofa to provide a leisure area in the living room, which is very practical.

I have ordered a lot from Wayfair over the years and have always been pleased, until this daybed arrived. No damage to the box but the door was hammered, almost all of the components either had damage, flaws or filthy. We had company coming and needed the extra bedding so my husband put it together. I am VERY disappointed to say the least!. Anonymous. Sun Oct 18 2026

Solid construction and looks great! My only real critique is the trundle doesn’t slide as easily as I would like… but we also put two 10” mattresses on it, so maybe the weight. Heidi. Mount Pleasant, SC. Mon Sep 14 2026

Maximize space and style with this Mid-Century Modern Daybed, featuring a pop-up trundle that converts from twin to king size for overnight guests. Upholstered in soft velvet with a curved backrest, it adds elegance to living rooms, studios, or guest bedrooms. The built-in USB & Type-C charging port keeps devices powered, while two side pockets store remotes and books.

Took a few hours to build. But overall looks great! Wish the head board gap wasnt so big. Because of the trundle you need a 6 mattress on the bottom but the top mattress would be better if it was 10 so you dont have a gap between the headboard and mattress. Problem is you want the thickness to match if you want it to serve as a king.. Lisa. West Palm Beach, FL. Sun Oct 18 2026

This review is towards Wayfair I received bed right away in two large heavy boxes unfortunately it was missing parts It took Two Weeks to receive missing parts It and when it was supposed to be here (Friday ) I was told it is and go look around as its there! two days later it shows up In the mean time I was told haha its an indoor obstacle court in my living room! From whoever I was speaking to through text. Says I cant return because Im dissatisfied that I would have to pay a Fee I was trying to explain Im dissatisfied as I dont have all the pieces ( Im using bed as couch ) so my living room has been unusable I asked for a inconvenience pay back fee and was told they absolutely dont ever do that. So my review isnt going to be a happy one or say anything about this bed as Im left with a bad taste in my mouth from Wayfair Ive used Wayfair for many years with all kinds of expensive products. Hopefully this will be seen and I can write a real review about bed. Natalie. Islamorada, FL. Mon Aug 24 2026

The included pop-up trundle wheels out on casters to easily convert the daybed into a larger sleeping surface or two separate twin beds. With its finished back, you can place it anywhere in your home. Plus, the solid wood slats provide plenty of support for your mattresses.

Very happy with this purchase! The bed is sturdy and looks great. One helpful thing to know make sure to purchase an 8-inch mattress for the bottom trundle. The listing doesn’t specify a mattress thickness, and anything thicker than 8 inches will prevent the trundle from sliding underneath the bed properly. Hopefully this helps anyone trying to figure out what size mattress to order!. Shauna Monae. Ventura, CA. Tue Sep 22 2026
