After I finally found my package after it was delivered, I was so excited and tired at the same time. I hooked it up anyway to to how it wash & work, It is absolutely amazing. I was so tired I couldn't do more than a load. The clothes was cleaned as if I did my clothes at a laundry mat and the spinning side to dry is too amazing, the clothes get really dry. I love it and can't wait to get home to do another load to keep my laundry down. This little thing is amazing and barely weigh anything that you can't lift. This washing machine is very easy to operate via its touch control panel. Heavy, Soft, Normal, Rapid and Soak programs, you are allowed to quickly start the machine as you need. You can customize washing program by selecting load size, adding additional wash time, rinse time and spin time as well.

Smaller than I expected but it gets the job done we have 7 people in our house which produces about 16.5 pounds of laundry weekly gets the job done in 1 and a half loads. Many people have reported flooding from this product but it is because they lave the faucet on full water leaving it alone but the machine has a valve inside that accepts water at times when need which you just turn on the faucet. The machine is able to dry the clothes about 95 which is about the same my local laundromat dries. this is way more cost effective than having to pay 7.70 per machine which we use two of at the laundromat. when it is done i just hang it up which dries in one day.
