This arrived quickly. Instructions were easy to follow. Says two people to assemble, would have been faster with two, but I did it alone with some well positioned leaning supports to add bottom rails to sides. What an incredible find?! We needed to replace the bunk bed at our cabin and were struggling to find a better alternative. Not only did the bed meet Our needs and price range, but thanks to the trundle, it saved so much space without losing any beds or the motif. Assembly was easy (took just under an hour with two people). We were missing two screws for one of the collapsible legs on the trundle, but it still works without that one bar. We already had two 6” mattresses from the old bunk bed, which we reused. It’s helpful for future buyers to know that the 6” was all we could get out of the trundle for it to roll in-and-out from under the bed frame with the comforter and sheets still on. Eventually, we added an 8” mattress to the top, which was even more comfortable and didn’t block the shelf on the headboard. Some of the other reviews say this unit is great as a children’s bed, which is true. But I’d like to add that a family friend and both my parents have used the beds (including my nearly 300 lb father) and it more than supports grown adults as well. My favorite features are the dual 110v outlets with a built-in USB charger, as well as the keyholes in the frame to convert both the trundle and top frame into a full without sliding apart mid-sleep. Only downside I’ve experienced is both frames squeak frequently, but the squeaking is not really enough to create a distraction or lose sleep over. Overall, this bed has been a smashing success. It looks great, supports kids and adults alike, and saves so much of space compared to other guest or bunk beds on the market. It is exactly what we were looking for in our 3rd-floor lounge area. The daybed is easy to assemble and has firm but comfortable mattresses. The fabric is nice, and I think it will hold up well. This rollaway bed is sturdy, mattress quality is good for a rollaway and metal frame is as described. But beware, do not order this bed if the delivery time matters to you. We ordered the bed May 16 because of the estimated delivery date of May 20th (see photo). It was shipped May 18th and then Fed Ex took forever to deliver this bed, it spent days sitting without moving, it was shipped from Delta BC across to Winnipeg MB, then back again to SK. Fed Ex sent false emails of delivery by the end of the day on May 30. In the end it never arrived until June 1st. It would be more honest to state that it will take Fed Ex OVER two weeks to deliver this bed.
