Comfort was my biggest concern, and so far I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Both the seat and the backrest are well‑padded, which makes sitting through a long dinner or working at the table for a while much more comfortable than harder wooden chairs. The back cushion has a bit of give, so you don’t feel like you’re leaning against a rigid board. The seat is wide enough for adults without feeling oversized, and the height works well with our table. Assembly was straightforward and manageable with basic tools. The wooden legs and frame feel solid once everything is tightened properly. On a concrete floor they sit level without wobbling, and the joints feel stable when you shift your weight or scoot the chair. I would still recommend going back after a few days and re‑tightening the screws, just to make sure everything stays secure. In terms of practicality, the gray fabric is a smart choice. It’s light enough to look fresh but not so pale that every little mark shows immediately. We’ve already had a couple of minor spills that wiped up easily with a damp cloth.
