We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. Chair is a bit strange for an office chair. For the seat part, the knees rest higher than your behind. The back of the chair does not move with your torso. You need to pull a lever to move it. So, if you want to move back, pull the lever and move back to where you want it. Then when you want to move forward, the back does not move up to where you are but stays back until you pull the lever again. That goes on and on every time you move. Otherwise, it is a great looking chair if you don’t mind pulling that lever all day. The leather is quite good. The heat and ventilation are really weak. The vibration works well.. Anonymous. I like the look of the chair very sleek and modern looking. The product appears to be well built and operate quietly. A couple of suggestions for improvement would be the following: 1) The shoulder width could be reduced by 5-10cm from the lowest setting as currently the roller hit my shoulder blades 2) The intensity of pressure of the Full-body massage is not uniform along the spline, i.e, the waist area is weak while the buttock area is too strong. 3) Under the automatic mode, when the deep massage mode is selected the chair is constantly moving up and down which I find to be very annoying. Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together. This chair has no height adjustable system. Chair reclining position need to be set manualy and by screw which need to tighten after seting reclining angle.
