Assembly takes a while! Removing the Saran Wrap from the roofing panels is tedious and ridiculous. Once completely assembled I will update this review with my thoughts. I've purchased several things through Wayfair and each of those was a pleasant experience. This hard-topped gazebo is beautiful now that it is complete and it looks impressive in our yard. We look forward to many years of use. But, it had a couple of misleading aspects to it The estimated construction time mentioned on the item's site was grossly understated. Even with the help of a second person for certain tasks, it took me more than 4 times the estimate in the listing -- and I am pretty experienced at constructing similar things. The product's installation instructions were nicely illustrated, but several parts were mis-labled in the instructions and several of the instructions didn't cover crucial details. More instructions and more explicit details would have been very useful. Some instructions were so ambiguous that I had to try out more than one possibility, going back and re-doing certain things. That is the product manufacturer's fault, though. Wayfair's transaction went very well. They are efficient, speedy, accurate and responsive. One quibble: in the time between placing my order and receiving the shipping confirmation (just a couple of days), the gazebo's price dropped almost $100. I’ve had this for around 3 weeks now. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is I thought the frame was going to be black instead of brown in color so I don’t think the brown looks good with the gray top but overall it is very sturdy and well may but it was hard for one person to put together so it took three people to put it together and about three hours I would say. It works great for any time of year and we have really enjoyed it this summer so far because it has kept the bugs out and and have used the fire pit under it and been able to sit out in the evenings and enjoy it.. I absolutely love this mosquito netting. We have high winds all the time and needed netting that was heavier than normal. We tried other brands but the netting would just whip so bad it would catch on our chairs. This still blows in the wind which they all do but has never hooked on our chairs. This brand is heavy duty like the original factory set that came with our gazebo. We have a Sojag Messina 10x12 and this netting fit like it was factory made. Our original factory lasted 5 years so only time will tell. Definitely worth the higher price point over the 40-60 sets you get elsewhere. Going to order a second set as back up as heavy duty quality netting like this is hard to find. Only drawback was that the zippers and tiebacks were brown and not black but not a deal breaker.. This gazebo turned out fantastic! The directions were pretty clear in terms of setup, and I was able to put it together with a couple friends' help over the course of about 8 hours. I had to anchor the gazebo into my concrete patio, but other than that step everything was super straightforward. The gazebo came together beautifully and I love it. Update After a snow and ice storm in December 2025 the roof caved in. My husband put the frame together by himself in a few hours. Took some time to put up the curtains and netting because of the number of hooks. Our only concern was that the plastic hooks might not last. We will swap them out for metal ones.. Althea. Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself..
