A very heavy-duty bed frame that is specialized to fit standard King or standard queen bedding. This frame will not accommodate California or Western King bedding. Frame size must be specified at the time of purchase. The frame is not adjustable and can only fit one size or the other. The dimensions of the king bedding need to be 76"w x 80" long. This frame requires the use of a foundation or box spring. This heavy-duty frame has ten (10) legs that utilize our uniquely designed high-strength glides. The frame using these glides has been tested with a 2000-pound load. The glides are stronger than a wheel while maintaining the same or better mobility. These glides are safe on all flooring surfaces. They will not mark or scuff a wood floor like wheels. This frame sits approximately 8" off the floor. If no headboard is used, the headboard brackets can be left off and the bed centered on the frame, assuring that the frame cannot bump and damage the wall. All tools are included for a simple, quick, trouble-free assembly process. Headboard brackets are included and must be bolted onto the frame to ensure maximum adjustability to fit all designs of headboards. Really happy with this bed! The assembly was a little tricky in a few spots, and realistically I’d recommend having two people since there are certain pieces that need to be held in place while the other person attaches them. It took us about an hour to get everything assembled and moved into the room. The instructions were clear, though, and all of the pieces and hardware were included. It comes with several different-sized hex keys, but I’d definitely recommend using your own drill if you have one—it makes the process much faster and easier. Once assembled, the bed looks great. It has a very modern, sleek design, and I love the LED lighting and the built-in outlets in the headboard shelf. The LEDs come with a remote, which is a nice touch. But the absolute best feature is the under-bed storage drawers! They provide a ton of extra storage and make keeping the bedroom organized so much easier.
