Arrived quickly and my husband put it together. I was expecting it to be taller from the picture, and the length was accurate. Love this arbor! The instructions were very user‑friendly, and overall the assembly was straightforward. It definitely requires two people to put together, but once you get going it comes together nicely. I did have to redrill the holes where the rail attaches to the side lattice, but aside from that the process was simple. My biggest tip is to lay out all the pieces before starting so you can familiarize yourself with the components. Doing that made the assembly much easier. Very happy with the final result.. Diana. It was easy to assemble the pre-assembled panels, and the fir wood smells nice. I only have a few minor complaints: (1) The included bracket and screws for connecting the bottom and top half of the trellis make it so the screws are a little proud and don't look the best. (2) Some of the wood panels of the actual planter box area are thinner than I would have liked. I would not put soil directly in it as I worry about premature rot. Works perfectly in this space to protect my little white garden from the deer. I will have to design something to go above the gates because the deer can jump right over them, but I knew that going in. I will be draping a star jasmine vine over the arch to soften it. This is a Beautiful garden entrance arbor. I am in the process of putting it together so the picture doesn’t show the finished gate. It arrived with some broken pieces so I knocked off a star for broken pieces. It’s soft wood and I’m not sure how long it will last in the Texas elements but it’s very pretty and the color matches my fence. It’s a little wobbly so I’m going to dig it into the ground for it to be more sturdy. I’m using it to create a divide from my ugly side yard and I’ll be planting grapes over the arbor and I think it will look very pretty.
