I like the chair, but not the color. It is on the small side but fits nicely in a small corner I have. Definitely adequate for extra seating and that extra bed space when needed. Very firm but not horribly so. Colors on website very misleading. The “brown” is def BROWN, not burnt orange or rust as it appears in several of the website pics. Was told in a chat with customer service before I purchased that it was a rust color which was what I was looking for.. Anonymous. Mon Apr 20 2026

This sleeper seat rules!! I find it incredibly comfortable to sit in, very wide and spacious. My cat also loves it! As a bed, I agree with other reviewers, it's a bit firm (and I like firm). I bought a 2-inch topper for guests and so far my one guest thought it was a great night's sleep. I also adore the retro yellow color. Can't wait to lounge it and read a book on it!. Andria. This is a really great sleeper chair or mattress! I have family members who visit and bring their yound kids, and it's perfect for putting on the floor so the kids can stay in the room with their parents. It sits pretty low to the ground but can be folded several ways to make it into a loveseat, sleeper chair, sofa bed or put on a futon as the mattress. It's very soft and comfortable to lay on so would be great to use even if you wanted to bring it to sleep on when you go camping! There are any number of ways it can be used, and I recommend buying for multiple uses! It's also great for a kids room to use as a chair.. Rebecca. Marietta, GA. Thu Jul 02 2026

Beloved by college students, teens, and adults alike, futons are a fan favorite for a reason – Offer style, seating, and a spot to snooze without taking up prime real estate. Make the most of your square footage with this versatile futon. Crafted from hardwood, its frame features a clean-lined silhouette and a neutral finish for understated appeal. The mattress is filled with innerspring coils and upholstered with polyester fabric for an approachable and inviting look.

This futon is exactly as shown and is a great quality piece for the price. All the pieces were there in individually marked cardboard boxes and the boards were wrapped to keep them from being scuffed. Everything was well marked, along with clear illustrations. It was quite impressive compared to many products these days that you have to assemble.I like that the support boards were pre-strapped together. It took my husband and son about an hour, no issues. The (full)size is great for our small spare room. The mattress is very firm but thick is as noted by others and just the color it is shown. It sits slightly higher than the back of the frame but thats so that it will fit the entire surface when it is converted to a bed- and it doesnt affect the feeling when sitting on it. The one slightly negative thing I might mention is that this isnt a couch I would sit on for long periods as the back/bottom angle is noticeable if you have lower back issues. Others probably wouldnt be bothered by it. All in all, we are very pleased with this futon.. Sandy. Blackfoot, ID. Sat Sep 12 2026
