I purchased the Ignacia couch for my office. It is sturdy, soft, elegant, and comfortable. I am very happy with the purchase, delivery/installation process, and the quality of the couch. Don't mind the picture- my office is not complete as the end tables will be changing, flooring changing, etc. The couch is perfect.. Ashley. WI. Wed Sep 16 2026

UPDATE 7 months later the fabric is not standing up well. It pills very easily and the back cushions are losing their shape - even though we rotate them. ___ This sofa is a great option if you’re looking for something slightly elevated on a budget. The slipcovers fit really well - my one complaint (hence the 4 stars) is that there is some drooping along the front panel of the slipcover. The fabric is lovely. It was really simple to assemble - it took 2 of us about 20 minutes. And there is a center support leg for additional sturdiness. I’m personally not a fan of matching pillows on a sofa so I moved mine to other chairs. They are wonderful! I highly recommend this sofa!. Marisa. Albuquerque, NM. Thu Sep 03 2026

Beautiful couch, and very well-made. I’d agree with other reviews that say it’s a little firm, but I expect it to soften up with use. It’s a great height and the depth is good. For reference, I’m 5’5” and when I sit all the way back, my knees hit right at the edge and my feet dangle a bit. It’s a true linen color, and the full service delivery was a breeze.. Isabella. Mon Aug 24 2026

The couch looks great and fits nicely in the space, but it’s not as comfortable as I expected. The cushions feel a bit firm and don’t provide much support for longer sitting. While the design and fabric seem good quality, it’s better for appearance than everyday lounging. Overall, it’s a stylish piece, just not the most comfortable option.. Michael. Massapequa, NY. The delivery for this couch was wonderful. They updated my time window for delivery the night before, and messaged me an hour out to let me know they were on their way. The crew got it in and assembled very quickly, and I love the cushions and depth of this couch. Compared to some of the other couches I’ve seen from Wayfair, these are much more filled and soft and plush. It’s a light couch, and easy to move, but feels sturdy. I like the color and hope it wears well over time. My only concern is about how hard it is going to be to clean but a beautiful and comfortable couch.. Jennifer. Denver, NC. Sat Jun 13 2026
