We needed the biggest sofa sleeper we could get for a very narrow room and this one worked with our measurements. I was a bit nervous ordering it without trying it first but am really happy with it! As a sofa, it is super sink-in comfy. We haven't slept on the sleeper yet but we did try it out and it seems great. We didn't realize until it arrived but the sleeper is meant to slept on between the sofa arms, rather than from the back out, like traditional sofa sleepers. Regardless, we did have a sense going in that this won't be great for our taller guests but it still works for us. We ordered this in Dorset Cherry Performance Chenille and we love it. This is an elegant, firm sofa that was easy to assemble solo, and this is not something I usually do. I did have a friend help me flip it up onto its legs after assembly. The box arrived really beat up, and I had misgivings as I was unwrapping, but the contents were protected. I have now had this sofa for over a year; I slept on it for three months while fostered cats and kittens took over my bedroom. It would work to use it as a daily bed, but it is VERY firm. The blue velvet fabric has held up nicely despite 2 cats (who fortunately, do not scratch it). I have received many compliments on it; it is the focal point of the sitting area.
