Transform your home workout with one compact machine that does it all—upright bike, semi-recumbent, recumbent, rower, and resistance bands, all in a single foldable design. Built with a reinforced heavy-duty steel frame and a specially strengthened seat support, this bike supports up to 300 lbs, delivering rock-solid stability for users of every size. The oversized cushioned seat and back support combine with eight height adjustments to accommodate riders from 4'9" to 6'2", ensuring a comfortable, personalized fit. With 16 levels of magnetic resistance, you can dial in anything from a gentle recovery ride to an intense fat-burning session, all while the patented magnetic drive keeps noise as low as 10 dB—so you can cycle without disturbing anyone nearby. Connect via Bluetooth to the app, place your phone on the integrated holder, and follow online classes while the LCD monitor tracks your time, speed, distance, calories, and pulse. When the workout ends, fold it flat and roll it away with ease, thanks to the compact footprint and transport wheels. Assembly takes just 20 minutes with pre-installed screws—no hassle, no tools, no frustration.

Arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. Assembly took about an hour or so, but everything fits tightly and it worked right away. There are a lot of great things about this exercise bicycle starting with the manageable size. It does everything a good exercise bike should do, but it's not bulky at all. The resistance knob to make it easier or harder is easy to turn and the seat adjusts nicely. A few things I love about it are the stretch arm and chest strengthening bands. They're in the perfect spot and I really appreciate getting a more complete workout. It's easy to reset and the display cycles through distance, speed and miles per hour and if you have your hand on the bars, it measures pulse and records it. There's even a handle for you cell phone if you want to work or watch a movie while you pedal. Very happy with it and it's a solid 5 out of 5.. Kirk. ID. Mon Jun 29 2026
