Great tub, very wide for big shoulders but also doesn’t require a ton of water. Only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the OEM overflow drain kit is very fragile and not easy to replicate with warehouse parts. You need to be able to tighten the threads securely and not have the thin PVC snap off!! Just plan on upgrading overflow drain kit for $39 from the get go a you’ll be satisfied with the tub! This came so so well packed.. it was in a plywood crate and the crate had instructions on how to unbox it. The tub itself had a dust bag like you would get with a fancy handbag. It’s super deep and the husband and I can both fit in it well. It does have a bit of a narrow center so it’s a little tight in the middle with both of us in there, but still plenty of room. This tub is absolutely stunning and excellent quality. It has been a beautiful addition to our primary bathroom and feels incredibly solid and well made. The material is high quality, retains heat well, and our plumber said it was easy to install. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is very heavy. The product listing says it weighs 165 lbs, but based on our experience, the actual overall weight is definitely more than that. We were able to get it up to our second floor with three men and a dolly, but it was definitely no easy feat. I would recommend being prepared for the weight when planning delivery and installation.
