At first I was skeptical about the hot tub. I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos. When it arrived the set up was simple. Its easier to watch a YouTube video than follow the instructions. Blow up time was literally less than 10 minutes. It hasnt deflated by it self which I read and the water holds temperature well. I highly recommend getting the insurance. Extremely quiet heating action. Wouldn't even know it was on. When it was first set up, I actually wondered if it was working! My previous spa would churn and thrash around while heating. Whole different design though. The timing function is nice so it can be set to heat up during the daytime and take advantage of my solar cells while the sun shines (maybe 5 hours during the winter day).
