The spa panel replacement kit offers an economical way to re-skirt a hot tub with weathered panels. The flexible design and unique built-in flange allow for a quick and simple installation. The Flexible Spa Panel will fit spas that are less than 96″ x 96″ (or 32′) in total length and with a panel height of less than 34.5″. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. Spa and hot tub replacement corona discharge (cd) ozone. Dual voltage can be used as 110V or 230V. Electric: 85-250 vac, 50/60hz. Amp plug. 6-watt ozone output. Figuring out for yourself if your Ozonator needs replacement is not as simple as you might expect. Some people will tell you to look for an “on” light or “check for bubbles” and, for sure, these checks may help you determine if the Ozonator is on, but it doesn’t necessarily tell you if the ozone generator is producing ozone. A spa ozone generator may keep running long after it expires (stops producing adequate ozone) so you will need to look at other factors besides just power to the Ozonator. Ask yourself: Does your water look and feel like new? With a working Ozonator and the proper chemical balance, it should. This is typical of spas that need an ozone generator replacement. Check your Ozonator. Have you replaced your spa Ozonator in the past 3 years? If not, it’s likely your Ozonator is expired. Ozone generators typically last 3 years. Now what? The smart spa cd Ozonator is perfect for the do-it-yourselfer and super easy to install.

The soft top is an amazing foam cover that is not easily affected by the chemicals found in hot tubs. This soft top does not absorb water unlike most foam covers on the market. The foam cover is 1/4" thick and comes in a roll which you can trim to custom-fit the shape of your spa. The floating cover floats on top of the spa water to retain heat and condensation. To obtain the utmost in energy efficiency, use the soft top with a rigid, hardcover; the dead air space that forms between the two covers provides excellent protection against heat loss. Compared to commonly used solar blanket material, the soft top insulate far better and will last much longer.

This cover is a reasonably priced, heavy fabric covered insulated top for our old hot tub. I like it because it's not too heavy for someone lacking upper body strength, to easily remove and put back on. But it still has adequate insulation to keep heat from escaping the tub. Also comes with 4 little catches to attach the straps to the tub. I shopped around for quite awhile before finding this cover. Came more quickly than promised and arrived undamaged.
