This clothes closet is what I needed in my clothes room - I initially had my clothes on clothes racks, but these closets just gave my closet room the look I was looking for - didn't want to put all 4 together, so I put 3 on one wall and 1 on the opposite wall - took about 6 hours to put together, don't sleep on this item - LOVE IT!. I was very hesitant to purchase this. For me, this is an expensive item. But I have to say right up front - it was worth it! First things first, you may need the jaws of life to open the packaging. It was that well packed. I’ve literally never seen flat packed furniture so well packed in my life. So there shouldn’t be any worry about it arriving damaged. Second, they said “solid wood” and they meant it. There’s not one piece of mdf in this thing. Literally the only thing I could complain about is the choice of pulls. I don’t like them. But that’s just my taste. There is nothing wrong with them. And they are so easy to replace. At the end of the day, would I buy this again? Yes. Without hesitation. Both the directions and holes predrilled were fairly easy to assemble. Due to the size it came in 3 sections but once the first was assembled it went much faster. We are pleased with armoire as far as the way it looks but the lack of the 5th star in the rating was simply due to the material in the outer pieces. The good: - Wood quality and appearance - Matches the descriptions - Beefy packaging ensured very few damages (I guess they read the other comments) The bad: - Difficult to assemble: this is not for inexperienced assemblers. The instructions are rudimentary and you must use all clues in the drawings to correctly build this. Took me 4 hours of focused work, and that was not including unpacking and staging. - Two parts (15 and 16) had their label markers inverted, which was actually a fairly big problem and cost me 20 minutes. It's nice, sturdy, and spacious wardrobe. In the instruction, it says that it takes 3,5 hours to assemble it...boy, it took us 3,5 days we started on November 3rd, and fully finished on November 5th. It came in six boxes and building it was a bit of a daunting task, but it was definitely worth it! It looks great and has made the room feel so much more organized. I was a bit overwhelmed by all of the boxes, so in case anyone else has a bit of building anxiety - they are two separate cabinet units that you can then latch together so the process can be done in parts if you do not have a full day to dedicate to putting it together. There were two sets of three boxes: one that was 1 of 2; one that was 2 of 2; and one that was unlabeled. You can build a functional cabinet set with a 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. The unlabeled box was the smaller top cabinets for that particular set! Also, my electric screwdriver proved to be worth every penny in putting this together. I love this item. The support team was super awesome. Whenever it arrived at the broken piece they provided a proper piece very quickly. I do not recommend putting this dresser together by yourself. I did and it was very hard. However, once it was altogether, it looks gorgeous.
