This Headboard is well made. Sturdy and exactly as it was stated in the description. The only problem we encountered was the Hinge Unit to secure the padded headboard. There was no way to use it. They don't describe the color in the description and when I zoomed in I thought they looked more burnished bronze. In person they are definitely copper like a penny. The only issue is the way to mount it was not easy and we ended up just having to press it up against the wall and use dry wall screws. It would not fit into our king size tempurperic bed frame. We have not had issues before with previous headboards so this was annoying. It ended up working out the way we did it but still frustrating. I do appreciate that it’s wood though and not metal. After reviewing many headboards I’m glad I bought this one. For the price it’s a great investment. It’s sturdy and I love the bookshelves on the endcap, it’s big enough for a frame and to place a water bottle at night. In the week that I’ve had the headboard I’ve noticed that it definitely needs to be dusted weekly. Just wish it wasn’t made of mdf, but again, what do you expect for the price, you can’t beat it.
