Purchased driftwood beige - exactly as pictured and is indeed solid wood construction, but the finish covers the natural grain of the wood. It has a fake wood grain embossed in a thick, plastic-y finish, whereas I expected (and would have preferred) a pickled natural wood look. Regardless, its well made and well designed. Packaged very well with no damage to components. Assembly can be done solo, and I like the Japanese style joinery.. Anonymous. Mauldin, SC. Sun Sep 13 2026

This Murphy bed saves space with built-in storage. Crafted from wood and metal, it has rustic farmhouse charm with embossed barn doors. Integrated outlets and USB ports make charging easy. A foldable mattress is not included.

Exactly what we were looking for in this space. It took about 4 hours from box cutting to finish, directions were easy to follow, only had to backtrack once or twice to make sense of something that could have gone 2 ways (the rails). It folds out easily for one person, there is a drawer for pillows/blankets/sheets, and we got a 6" tri-fold memory foam mattress the folds right into the cabinet spot. Huge space save for our guest room. Angie. North Idaho. Mon Sep 28 2026

Perfect for a cozy, inviting look that complements a variety of interior styles.

First time online bed buyer and super happy with my purchase! In the midst of a bedroom remodel. Got king size in natural, arrived next day, no damage, had all parts, didn't take too long for two people to put together - appx 30 min; however, I think the spacers weren't the correct size because we ended up with two slats that weren't accounted for at the end, but we just respaced slightly and it was fine. I really appreciated the velcro for the slats so they don't move around when spacing - someone thought that through! You will also need a drill to screw in the slats. Headboard and footboard are not completely solid, but sturdy and the height is good for us. Also, purchased the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Mattress and it fit perfectly. Happy customer - thanks Wayfair!. Germaine. Dexter, MI. Tue Aug 25 2026

The reinforced legs and thickened cross beams provide additional strength, allowing the bed to support your mattress without the need for a box spring. This modern farmhouse-inspired platform bed is the perfect combination of timeless design and functionality, offering a stylish yet sturdy foundation for a great night’s sleep！

The box was damaged and torn up but thankfully the bed was in good shape and packaged well with no damage. We love the bed and it feels solid. It wasnt difficult to put together, all parts and hardware were included and instructions were clear. I also love the distance between the bed and floor. It helps with vacuuming and swiffering the hard wood floor. The only negative is in the photo I shared, the joint where the headboard connects to the left support and the leg does not fit tightly and leaves a noticeable gap. Not a huge issue since it doesnt affect the overall structure or strength of the bed and well learn to live with it. Good buy for the money.. Elizabeth. Bristow, VA. Thu Sep 24 2026

The daybed with a pop-up trundle features clean lines, attractive angles, and plenty of classic styles. Crafted from kiln-dried wood, it comes in a sleek finish that blends rustic and traditional together for a standout look we love. The pop-up easily stores under the bed and wheels out and up when needed. It can also combine with the daybed, transforming this piece from two twin beds to a king. A series of slats eliminate the need for a box spring, so all you need to get are two mattresses (sold separately).

This arrived quickly. Instructions were easy to follow. Says two people to assemble, would have been faster with two, but I did it alone with some well positioned leaning supports to add bottom rails to sides. Overall very happy with quality, solid and looks great! Trundle rolls easily. I purchased two 8” Wayfair mattresses to complete the project. Ready for visitors now! Recommend this set up!!. This is great. Seems structurally stable. Easy to put together. Two complaints. The silver metal bolts are visible on the outside of the posts, so I’m spray painting those to match the frame. The bigger complaint is that the mattress slides. The bottom rails are smooth and flush. there’s no recessed area for the mattress to sit in to keep it in place. So we will be installing a rail of some sort to keep it from moving every time you get in and out of bed.. Liz P. Ohio. Wed May 13 2026

It is a very pretty and sturdy bedframe. I took a star off because they were not pre-drilled holes for some screws and that was unclear in the directions. It took me one hour and and and 45 minutes to put it together as one person. Also two of the side pieces were the same so I had to unscrew the brackets and switch them so they would become opposite side frames. After all, it said and done it looks pretty nice, but the Allen wrench is very frustrating to work with as all Wayfair pieces have.. Jena. Meriden, CT. Thu Jul 16 2026
