(Update) After 5-6 weeks of owning, the back piece on the chaise side broke and now can't be leaned on/doesn't line up with the rest. This happened when leaning back, very gentle/normal use; did not exceed weight capacity. I wasn’t 100 sure when ordering that this was the sofa for us, but in person it has met every requirement! I hope writing this review helps someone else who may be on the fence. The color is beautiful and neutral, and the material feels high end. The extendable backs are cool. During the day we keep it smaller because I prefer the look, but for lounging or movie watching we push them back, it’s easy to do, feel sturdy, and the mechanism works seamlessly.
