wow unbelievable how much i actually love this couch. i was scared of making a big purchase on something that i haven’t sat on to test out. i have specific needs cuz of neck and back surgeries and this couch passed the test. i can sit w my head fully rested on back without it not being covered or push outward by a pillow at the high part of cushion. i really love the brown color, it’s definitely lighter then a chocolate brown it’s more or less a mushroom brown on the beige side of the brown color chart. was so happy that it wasn’t darker.. I’m really happy with this recliner. The color is even better in person—it has a rich tone that doesn’t fully come through in photos, which was a nice surprise. It does take a few hours for the cushions to fully fluff and settle after setup, so don’t judge it right out of the box. Once it expands, it’s super comfortable and looks much more structured. One of my favorite features is the dual remotes for dual reclining—such a convenient touch, especially if you’re sharing the space or just want more control over your comfort. TL;DR- good sturdy couch but could be better. The leather is soft but a little scratchy (aka scratches easily when compared to a proper real leather couch). The recliner works well but beware that it’s not long enough for my 5’6” wife (her feet hang out), if you’re expecting full coverage. My advice would be to spend a little more and get powered headrests, something with USB chargers as well as something a little larger as this is definitely on the smaller side. The in between pieces that are arm rests and have cup holders are definitely much cheaper in quality when compared to the seats. One of the non-recliner pieces is hanging an inch off the ground on one side because the latch that connects to other seats came a little bent and it’s too late now for me to report to Wayfair (more than 2 weeks after delivery).
