Wayfair shipping was fantastic. They arrived within the window and did a great job bringing it into the home. As for the couch itself it is relatively easy to assemble (it’s 4 screw per leg) and the pins hold it securely in space. The material is very soft and the cushions themselves are relatively stiff at first. After you break them in it is very comfortable. Very pleased with Wayfair again.. Anthony. Broadview Heights, OH. Wrap yourself in pure Luxury and Comfort. Thayna Sectional is made from natural fibers, such as Linen and Duck Feather Fill. Very soft and comfortable!

I was VERY hesitant to spend 2500 on a couch with one review, but I trusted my instincts based on the cushions and that they were stuffed with “feather” and I was right! It’s super comfy and I have sat in every couch at the UTC Mall including 7000 couches that were much smaller. It’s beautiful, soft and worth every penny.. Kristin. Bradenton, FL. Thu Sep 05 2024

Every seat features our Chenille Cloud construction: a deep, sink‑in down‑blend cushion wrapped in soft, pilling‑resistant chenille fabric. Ottomans lift for hidden storage – perfect for blankets and toys. Assembly is tool‑free: U‑brackets snap together by hand in minutes. All cushion covers zip off for machine washing. Wide armrests double as a nap pillow. Expand or reconfigure anytime.

We purchased the light grey loveseat for our loft space and have been very happy with it. Assembly was fairly quick and easy, I was really happy with the fabric. So many couches lately seem to have a heavier plush or corduroy-style texture, which wasn’t what I wanted. This chenille looks just like it did online and has a soft, cozy feel without that bulky texture. The couch itself is very comfortable, and the white plush pillows that came with it are both cute and surprisingly comfortable. We added a few of our own pillows, and it fits our loft space really well. We haven’t needed to wash the covers yet, but I really like that they unzip and can be machine washed, especially since we have a dog who occasionally decides the furniture is his when we aren’t looking. Overall, it was easy to put together, comfortable, and the light grey fabric and color were exactly what I was hoping for.. Robin. Frederick, MD. Fri Aug 21 2026

Paired with plush cushions and a naturally angled back, it creates a cozy lounge spot for reading, movie nights, or casual conversations. Lovely piece of furniture, it won't take its fluffed shape until a week after you open it. The color and fabric and very nice and the installation is easy. The couch is a little on the firm side, but I hope this will make it last longer and it doesn't sag. I only wish the corner pillows were the same size, as one of them is smaller and looks odd. The picture is 4 days after I received it, and the pillows weren't yet fully fluffed. Overall, it is a good deal.. Pauline. Bethlehem, PA. Sat Oct 10 2026
