Nice comfy chair, the movable headrest is great feature as well as the hidden cup holders. One of our chairs arrived with some damage to the leather. Hopefully they will take care of this. The only other complaint is the price went down twice within 3 days and they would not give me the price adjustment (would have been almost a $200 savings)and the chairs had not been delivered yet. Also I prepared to be avaliable for the scheduled delivery time and waited all day before receiving a notice the delivery was delayed. I broke my back and tore my rotator cuff and I needed a chair. I could rest and watch TV while sitting in and I did a lot of research and there’s a high-end brand that I wanted to buy, but it had a long waiting period and I didn’t like the designs that were already made. This is a nice chair however, a few things keep it from getting a 5-star rating. Love the color, but it is a bit hard. The chair sits in our room where the back shows, and I am not a fan of the bar showing at the bottom. Also, I am not crazy about the two remote attachments rather, I have had one.
