Pretty well constructed. Everything fit together nicely. Directions are a bit vague at times. But my 16 year old daughter assembled it completely on her own with the tools provided in the kit. Fit and finish is nice. Rather sturdy for a wire cage versus a wrought iron cage. But thats why the price is half of a wrought iron. For the price point the material is very heavy, and the cage is well made. There is plenty of room and doors. I added a bath at one door, and a UVAUVB light so my small parrot could get needed light.
