Great catio but takes forever to put together. Had a very strong smell when we took the various parts out of the box but the smell has gone away now that we've placed it outside. We love the slanted roof that allows water to run off. Most catios seem to have a flat roof that causes water to pool. The cats are enjoying it!. Olivia. Alpharetta, GA. Mon Aug 18 2025

Sooooo many screws to put together so get your drill ready took three people for us to build but definitely minimum is two. We reinforced the platforms with extra screws and few other areas. We were missing 7 main screws but nothing we couldn’t get at the stores. We have three heavy/fat cats. Overall I’d say if you would like a safe and spacious enclosure for your cats this is nice.. This could not have worked out any better for my cat. We just moved into a new house, and we wanted our cat to be able to go outside but not run away. There is no way for my cat to get out of this cage unless they dug under. We have a lot of predators, and this cage definitely allows time for the cat to get back through the cat door and into the house. We put it in front of a window with a cat door. It is very well made. I put it together by myself, which was a little bit of a struggle, but I still was able to do it. A tip is to use zip ties to loosely hold it together while you’re screwing it together.. Liss.
