I haven't baked with the pans yet, but they are exactly what I'm looking for. They are of thick construction and should provide years of service. I would like to address the other Lloyd pans review here: They claim that the pans they received were not Lloyd pans. This gave me pause ordering these pans from Wayfair. The review claims the pans stuck, and therefore weren't Lloyd pans. The sticking is from technique and basically has nothing to do with the pan. They are seasoned, but still need a layer of oil before putting the dough in. I have an older Lloyd pan that is raw aluminum. I oil it before using and nothing has stuck to it. The pans I received were genuine Lloyd pans and were drop shipped directly from Lloyd pans in a Lloyd pans box from Spokane Valley, WA. I have no problem recommending buying these pans from Wayfair.. The ads are correct, these are non stick. We had no issues with pizza stuck to the pan. With the holes in the bottom and the circulating air it did make the crust crispier. If you like a crispy crust you will love these pans. If you prefer thick and chewy, you might want to stick with something different. It's a matter of preference.
