I absolutely love this stone pot. Its non stick and my Jamaican oxtail stew came out delicious! I love the shape and how heavy it is. However it is a little too wide for my burner and the has more heat in the middle than the outer rim when cooking. I had to keep checkingadjusting it too make sure it was seated on the burner perfectly yet my stew came out amazing! These pans have the most effective non-stick surface I have ever seen. They heat evenly and cook efficiently.
