Our doors have been tested and approved to meet a Design Pressure (DP) rating of 45. In order to qualify for a DP 45 rating, our doors were subjected to extreme testing conditions that simulated hurricane force winds up to 150 mph. Our doors also qualify for TDI (Texas Department of Insurance). Prefinished at our factory allows us to finish all edges of the panels, rails and styles prior to assembly of the doors. This is extremely important for long life of the doors, minimizing panel issues. Our finish is a 9 step oil-based polyurethane process.
